We won! We won!

 

Robin Textor, governor for Rotary International's District 6780,
and Karen Bridgeman, Oak Ridge Breakfast Rotary Club president,
hold several of the awards recently presented to
ORBRC for the 2007-2008 Rotary year.

They include the Lacy-Bomar Award of Excellence for Public Relations for the special section produced for World Rotary Day (first place); the Lacy-Bomar Award of Excellence for Electronic Bulletins (first place);

a second-place award for membership growth and development;

and a Governor's Club of Distinction citation for achievement of goals across the spectrum of club activities and programs.

ORBRC also earned its fourth consecutive Star Club Award for

support of The Rotary Foundation and earned the Bill Sergeant Award

for participation in the multi-district conference, which was held
April 18-20
at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville with hundreds of Rotarians from across Tennessee and Kentucky.

District 6780 is made up of 65 clubs in the eastern half of Tennessee.
