Gene Caldwell is leading an Oak Ridge Breakfast Rotary Club Breakfast Brigade effort to support the 5th annual Rotary Hoops Classic at ORHS over Thanksgiving weekend.

Volunteers will be needed for a number of shifts on Friday, November 28, and Saturday, November 29, to host the visiting teams, support a hospitality room for coaches and VIPs, sell and take tickets, and work the concession stand.

Ticket Sellers	2 people for each shift 1 hour before first game (2:30 on Friday, 1:30 on Saturday) Sell through half-time of last game (approx. 8:45  p.m. Fri., 7:45 p.m. Sat.
Ticket Takers	1 person for each shift 2:30 on Friday, 1:30 on Saturday Take tickets through half-time
Host/Hostess	1 person per team; 1 person for officials Provide escort to locker rooms; as early as 2:30 p.m. Fri. and 1:30 p.m. Sat. For other games, arrival varies; be ready 1 hour before game time
Concession Stand	4 people per shift Set up one hour before each start; 2:30 p.m. Fri. and 1:30 p.m. Sat. Work through halftime of last game each day
VIP Hospitality Room	2 people per shift Set out food and monitor passes for admittance Opens at halftime of first game Fri. (approx 4 p.m.) and Sat. (approx. 3 p.m.) Closes after half time of last game each day

8 p.m.	Newton, Ga., vs. Oak Ridge (boys)
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2008
2:30 p.m.	Knoxville Webb vs. Hoover, Ala. (girls)
4 p.m.	Wartburg Central vs. Newton, Ga. (boys)
5:30 p.m.	SW Dekalb, Ga., vs. Oak Ridge (girls)
