The Program and Speaker Subcommittee is part of the ORBRC Club Administration Committee.
For the 2011-12 Rotary year, Ray Smith and Jerry Holbrook co-chair this group, which is responsible for identifying, scheduling, and assisting those who present our weekly programs.
